Browser-based scavenger hunts for corporate team building

Create a branded team activity around real places, manage it from a web admin and reuse the route for the next group.

A shared mission for a team day

Playonder gives event organisers and HR teams a way to turn a district, park or company campus into a shared activity. Teams use their phones to follow a route and complete missions linked to real places. The organiser builds the route in a web admin and can run it again for another group.

The platform supports camera recognition, pose matching, view-matching, compass hunts and voice questions. The right mix depends on the audience and location: a team activity should not require every available mission type.

Designed around the organiser’s workflow

  • Configure stops and their location radius on the map.
  • Choose mission content and reference photos for the route.
  • Use your brand, logo and colours on the game screens.
  • Follow team progress, review results and spot suspicious activity in the admin tools.
  • Reuse the route after the event and change the story or questions when needed.

Players join by link in a phone browser. That reduces the need to distribute an app, but it does not remove the need to test permissions, network coverage and the physical route.

A pilot before a large event

Start with the event goal, route and audience. We build the first route with you, then test the critical mission types on location. The quote depends on stops, players and content preparation; no universal lead time or capacity is implied.

Earlier versions of Playonder ran two events with around 1,800 attendances in total. Those historical attendances are not a current capacity guarantee or a claim that every participant was a unique customer. Read the pilot record for the difference between past events and current product tests.

What to include in your brief

Send the proposed date and location, approximate group size, organiser team, event objective and whether you already have route content. Include any accessibility, branding or participant-data requirements that influence the route and welcome flow.

Plan your pilot

Tell us about your audience, location, intended date and route. We will scope the next step with you.
